Overview
The Blue Circle BC86MK III is the latest release of their highly elegant & popular AC conditioning product. The latest version, similar to its predecessors, significantly reduces or eliminates power line noise. Building upon the success of the prior product offering -- the BC86 MK III provides double the filtration capability of the Mark II & is entirely hard wired (no PCB).
Residing inside the BC86 MKIII is a series of frequency aligned 'Q' filters. These specially selected filters when combined mitigate unwanted grunge from your AC source across a wide dynamic range.
Simply plug the BC86 into a duplex receptacle or spare outlet on a power bar and it dramatically reduces unwanted power line noise present at the outlet. No snake oil - just plain science. Multiple BC86's can also be deployed to create an electrical dam. This simply helps stop the AC noise propagation at the source outlet. A common customer installation example: Place a BC86 MKIII on the same physical outlet as floor fans, halogen lamps or HEPA filters that share a common AC line with your audio system. As the BC86 MK III is a 'passive' device it readily integrates with existing AC isolation or distribution products you have in use today.
