Integra DPS-10.5 THX Ultra-certified universal player. Unit is in great working and physical condition.
The Integra DPS-10.5 is an amazing piece of technology. This single-disc THX Ultra-certified universal player is compatible with just about every disc format out there, including DVD-Audio, DVD-Video, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, SACD, and MP3 files burned to CD-R/RW. The video playback features progressive scan output. There is integrated processing for Dolby Digital and DTS, but the DPS-10.5 also has two optical and two coaxial digital audio outputs, as well as discrete analog audio outputs for 7.1 signals.
The DPS-10.5 incorporates HDMI, the best connection possible for a direct digital-to-digital audio/video connection to compatible components, as well as iLink (FireWire) ports for DVD-Audio and SACD. There is also a pair of component video outputs, with one RCA and one BNC.
The video signal uses a very high-quality 216MHz/14-bit converter, while the audio converter processes at 192kHz/24 bits. The DPS-10.5 has functions familiar on other players, such as 3:2 pulldown and dynamic range control, but it also sports some less common features, such as HD scaling.
