Tutorial: How To Purchase An Item

Interested in buying an item you found on AudioXsell?

Follow these easy steps to contact the seller and negotiate a deal for the item.

	Are You An AudioXsell Member? If not, it's Free. Signup Now! You must be a registered member to contact the seller. If you are already have an account you can sign in at the top of any page on the right side. If you have not registered you can create your account here. If you are having trouble, follow our registration tutorial here.
	Sign In To Your AudioXsell Account Once registered, you must sign into the site to start the buying process.
	Find The Item You Wish To Buy Browse to the page of the item you wish to buy. You can do this buy using the search function at the top of each page. You can also browse items by category from the category menu until you find the item you want.
	View The Classified Item Page Once you find the item in the category listings or search results, click on the title or thumbnail image to go to that items detail page.
	Send Your Message To The Seller You will see on the right hand side of the item detail page there is a message box. Type your message here and click the send button to contact the seller. The seller will then receive an email with you message and email address (so that they can contact you to make about the item). Please Note: The message box will not be visible if you are not signed in to your account. Buying Tips Remember that by sending a message to the seller does not automatically guarantee that you may be able to purchase the item. The seller may have already received an offer and not marked the item sold. Please remember that all transactions are between the buyer and the seller. AudioXsell only serves to get you in contact with the seller. Negotiating a Deal If you feel the price for the item is unreasonable, you are always able to message the seller in the same way with an offer of your choice. Feedback Once you buy an item, you can leave feedback for the seller, also remember the seller can leave feedback on you, the buyer. A tutorial and explanation of our feedback system is located HERE.
	What Happens Now? The seller will receive your email automatically. They can then respond as they see fit and the details will be worked out between you the buyer and the seller. Please remember that AudioXsell has no part of the process at this point and cannot speed up response times or force the seller to sell to you.
